Blossom Into Spring

Hey friends! I hope you’ve had a great week and have enjoyed your weekend. My week was definitely better than the previous one, so I’m happy about that for sure.
I’m surprised I didn’t do this post earlier, but I hope you’ll forgive me. I was on top of things for February and March decorations, but I dropped the ball on posting what I did for Spring and Easter. So . . . Here we are.
I made a trip to my favorite decoration outlet, Dollar Tree. They haven’t let me down on the decoration front yet, so I’m gonna keep going back. I found some of the cutest things for spring, and couldn’t wait to put them up on the bulletin board.
I also made a trek to Hobby Lobby (specifically for a spring gnome), and found some of the gel clings, so shout out to Hobby Lobby for always having my back as well. And I found a couple really cute things from PopShelf because they’re awesome too!
Alright, so let’s get into the nitty gritty.
I swear I do actual work at work. But there was one day that I did a lot of crafting for my spring decor. I got this idea in my head to make colorful flowers out of the paper I have in my decorations bag. I made a bunch of orange, blue, and purple flowers. And then I had to cut them out. That seemed to take a while.
Then I had the idea to put our names on them. But that wasn’t far enough. I had to make stems to really make them flowers. And the team member bouquet was born. I was more than excited for that one.

So, then I got my spring decorations and headed to the bulletin board. It was probably one of the easier ones to set up because most everything was just things to hang, or flowers to stick. The bouquet was the thing that took some planning, but it really didn’t take long to set up. And I just love how everything turned out.

Of course, my station is extra. And I love being extra. I still have my lights; they are my favorite. And I have a floral banner (Pioneer Woman banner for the win!) and put a section of it under each station.

And I had 2 extra pieces of it so, I added flowers to them and hung them on our cabinets.

I found the flower gel clings and made little bouquets on each of the shields, which turned out really cute.

I still have my peace rock from my St. Patick’s Day post because it’s super springy. But I added my “Hello Spring” sign and my spring gnome. I love him so much!

And PopShelf had a really cute little wood block with flowers in it. I’ve been asked multiple times if they’re real, but I could never keep flowers alive, especially ones that sat at work. These, I can keep using over and over and not even have to worry about watering them.

But that’s just what I did for spring. I didn’t forget about decorating for Easter. But thankfully, that just means I get to add things to the spring stuff. Which makes it even easier than the original spring design.
So, first, I added the awesome blue garland with Easter eggs around the bulletin board. The Dollar Tree has had garland for everything this year and it has just added so much to the board.
Then I added fun Easter eggs and a little basket. The pop of colors they added makes such a difference. And the bunny in the corner is literally the cutest, and I love him so much!

And then I found more gel clings! (Thanks Hobby Lobby!) I was really excited to find one that said Happy Easter, and the little eggs that came with it make me smile!

I, of course, added a couple Easter things to my station as well. The colorful Peep bunny actually came from Walmart, and I couldn’t pass it up. I think it’s so much fun.

And then my little Easter Blessings sign came from PopShelf. I love the little bunny, and the little pop of color it has with the yellow, and the pink flower. It sits on top of my little wooden calendar, and I think it is perfect.

I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my decorating, and my manager and disctrict manager have even told me how they think it’s great that I do that kind of thing to help boost morale for the branch. So, it definitely helps me feel even better about my ideas.
Decorating has become something I really enjoy and I’m looking forward to keeping it up throughout the year. I hope you all have a great week! See you next time!!
